How to subscribe

To add users to your team and get access to additional functionality and teamwork, go to the Team Members page or press on Invite teammates button.

Select from the drop-down list those users to whom you would like to give the team access to the Gantt chart.

The dropdown only displays users who are on at least one of your Trello boards that you own.

Note: Your teammate will only have access to the Gantt chart of the projects they are invited to on the Trello boards.

Select the desired plan and payment period. After payment, your teammates will be able to access the Gantt chart and teamwork.

Note: You are a buyer of slots for your team. You can easily replace one user with another without the need for additional steps. Just delete the user and you will see the available free slot. Select a new user from the list and he will be added to the team.

How to upgrade/downgrade the plan

Go to the plan settings and select the plan you are interested in and the payment period.

In the event that you downgrade your plan, you will be given a deduction in accordance with the previously paid invoice. After the expiration of the deduction, pay-offs will occur in accordance with your Payment period and the amount specified in the Total payment.

If you increase the plan, you will be offered to pay the difference in accordance with the previously made payment. Further payments will occur in accordance with your Payment period and the amount specified in the Total payment.

How do I add new users to my team?

In order to add users to an existing team, you need to go to the Team members section in GoodGantt.

Select the desired users from the list. Once added to the general list, they will be marked as “Additional”.

An additional bill for new users within the current tariff plan will appear nearby. Make a payment and they will be added to your team.

How to unsubscribe

To unsubscribe from the plan, click on the “Unsubscribe” button in the upper right corner of the tariff. After unsubscribing, you can continue to use the product until the expiration of the paid subscription. There will be no further debits.
